Almost 3 years ago they decided to downsize from 1500 square feet to a 536 square foot home.
In this episode we talk about the decision to downsize to 500 square feet, financing options for tiny home, what the $200K in debt was composed of and how they paid it all off, the hardest part about downsizing, an important question to ask that might help you adjust your financial path, financial independence and what that means for them, and a very important lesson she learned from her hobby of climbing that has helped her in her business.
