Kara– “Thanks again whitney for another great year of podcasts and sharing financial advice with all of us! I really appreciate it and am grateful for all your hardwork.
I have an amazing goddaughter who is my world and the she asked me when she was 10 if we could go to Paris together when shes older. I told her I’d make a deal with her, and imparted some famous #WhitneyWisdom.
I decided to impart the idea of cash flowing and automatic savings to our trip starting at the age of 10, saving $15 a week for the next 6 years, that way but the time she’s 16 we will have saved enough to pay for our whole trip.
She’s so excited and tells everyone about our cash flow project, and that by just automatically saving it, we won’t have the chance to spend it. It’s also fun when everytime we are together she asks how much is saved and tries and calculates out the interest to be paid. It’s fun to have our savings goal together and that we can talk about savings and money at a young age.” #MoneyWin
