Zuri– “I set a 1I set a 1 year New Years goal to get my credit over 700 again. I really had a lot of debt. My credit utilization was in the 80 percentile after Christmas season. It really was effecting my mood so much I felt really depressed and stressed because me, my wife and son are planning to make a cross country move in 2021 and with that amount of debt, I felt so behind.
So, after I set the goal, I really went in….all of my extra money went to debt. My whole tax return went to debt. Then when covid 19 came about and forced us inside, I found myself having extra money cause I was no longer eating out…going out….worked from home and even after things kind of opened up….I kept at it. And now here I am 6 months later well over 700. I feel very good about this, its such a relief. Going forward I’m never letting my card usage get so high again. I will stay below the 15% mark. And pay everything off immediately. I’m really financially confident now.” #moneywin
