About Yanely Espinal
Yanely Espinal is a Brooklyn-born, ball of energy! She’s an educator with a gift for storytelling and a passion for explaining financial concepts in a straightforward way.
In 2015 she started a YouTube channel, called MissBeHelpful, which now has over 4 million views! Her goal is to help others learn the money skills she never learned in school. And – as director of educational outreach for NGPF, Yanely is also working to ensure that every high school student gets a full semester of personal finance education before they graduate.
Yanely is also a member of the CNBC Financial Wellness Council and her debut book, Mind Your Money, was published on May 30, 2023.
