Have you ever heard of a psychotherapist turned financial therapist?
Me neither. Until I read the life changing book and chatted with author, Bari Tessler.
Today’s guest is the founder and author of The Art Of Money and BariTessler.com. The Art Of Money is a book that slowly worked its way up to my favorites. Bari discusses in a fully and entertaining way about how she helps people with money healing, practice, and money maps. She focuses on teaching people everything they needed to know about managing money in a practical.
In this episode we talk about her journey from social work to financial therapist, the curriculum behind the incredible year long financial program, money shames and how we can start to change the story we tell ourselves, money practices and what those are exactly, and we even discuss money maps (a more exciting way of saying budget). All this and much, much more in this value packed episode.
